Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculately presented with lovely views and even had dog bowls and a small package of food prepared for our furry friend. The large room, spacious en suite with a bath, and very large balcony were ideal for us. The only downside was that while everything was decent, it wasn't anything special.
The hotel's location overlooking the lake is stunning, with easy access to the promenade and bike lanes. The rooms, although spacious and clean, were a bit outdated and lacked air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot. The service, provided by attentive and multilingual staff, was exceptional. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious sandwiches served overlooking the lake and mountains. Overall, a great place to stay but could benefit from room upgrades and better air circulation.
