My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculately presented with lovely views and even had dog bowls and a small package of food prepared for our furry friend. The large room, spacious en suite with a bath, and very large balcony were ideal for us. The only downside was that while everything was decent, it wasn't anything special.

The service was top-notch overall, with very attentive and helpful staff. However, the Management seemed a bit surly and obnoxious at times, which was a bit off-putting.

The location was superb, right by the lake and close to the train station and restaurants. The stunning views mirrored in the lake added to the charm of the place. However, the absence of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, was a notable drawback.

The dining experience was satisfying with traditional dishes, and the birchermüesli was a standout. There was a good variety offered, but it didn't exceed expectations. Being near everything was a plus, though.

The hotel had a steam sauna, dry sauna, shower area, and relaxation room, making it a relaxing place to unwind. However, the lack of edge protection on the roof deck was a safety concern that should be addressed.

Overall, a great place to stay but could benefit from room upgrades and better air circulation.
